Getting here: Bethel is located in Oxford County’s Androscoggin River Valley. It is 70 Miles Northwest of Portland and can be reached by following Route 26 North from Exit 11 off of I95. Bethel is 25 minutes from Mt. Washington Valley and is surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest, from here Bethel is accessible by Route 2 North.
Sally Harkins, Broker, began her real estate career in the Sunday River area in 2002. Her love of the area combined with her eye for detail and exceptional interpersonal skills have made for a winning combination. Year after year, Sally has consistently been one of the area’s top producers. She has a strong work ethic and a passion for her job and the clients she works with.
Prior to the start of her career in real estate at Sunday River Realty, she worked as the Resort’s Director of Group Sales. This experience gives her in-depth knowledge of the resort, its amenities and most importantly – all the real estate assets in the area. Her knowledge and hands on experience make her an invaluable resource to both buyers and sellers.
Sally currently resides in Bethel with her husband, Bob, Director of the Winter Term at Gould Academy; and is the proud mother of two sons – Sawyer, a freshman at the USMA at West Point, and Chase, class of 2016 at Gould Academy.
When she is not out selling real estate, Sally enjoys spending time with family, friends and her favorite golden retriever, Tripp. She enjoys hiking, skiing, horseback riding, walks in the woods and running on the trails in the beautiful mountains of Western Maine.
