South Portland is a beautiful coastal community that was established in 1898 after separating from Cape Elizabeth. Located just south of Portland and about 90 mins from Boston, Massachusetts; South Portland boasts beautiful beaches, peaceful parks and a walking trail that takes you from one end of the city to the other. South Portland offers both public and private schools and is also home to Husson College and the Southern Maine Community College which is part of the University of Maine system. South Portland offers both a diverse population and is also a great shopping destination. The community offers a great mix of small, locally owned businesses and large nationally known chain stores. The Maine Mall, the largest mall in the state, enjoys calling South Portland its home.

About Andrew

“I was born and raised in Maine, and proud of it! Having lived abroad in Germany, New York, and California I find that Maine is the only place I will ever be able to call home. I grew up in Freeport Maine and Graduate from Freeport High School. I spent my junior year of high school as an exchange student in Germany.  After High School I attended college in New York City for a year. This is where I fell in love with Real Estate working part time at Manhattan Apartments, selling apartments. After New York I spent the next year in Los Angeles working as an actor. Missing my family and friends, I moved back to Maine and worked as a laborer for a commercial contractor. I worked my way up to foreman, and eventually business manager. As business manager, my exposure to the insurance realm left me intrigued so I later worked for 3 years as a Commercial claims Manager at Cross Insurance in Portland. While working I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, as well as an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Husson University. My previous work experience has given me a deep appreciation for architecture and the art of construction.

My experience had been leading me towards my first love of Real Estate. After I finished my degree programs in 2014, I decided it was time to take the plunge, and I could not be happier. I started selling multi-family properties at Sullivan Multi Family, which led to selling single family homes at The Sullivan Real Estate Group, and eventually working on commercial properties at Keller Williams Commercial.

Because we live in such a wonderful state for the outdoors, my hobbies include golfing in the summer, skiing in the Mountains, hiking Bradbury Mountain, whitewater rafting, and kayaking in Sebago lake and Casco Bay. I have two active miniature schnauzers, Charlie and Tayla who enjoy the outdoors in Maine as much as I do.

I take the opportunity to serve my clients very seriously. It is my goal to provide the highest quality of service and representation possible. I take the time to listen and value communication. You can rest assured that when working with me that I am always available and will devote my attention to you no matter whether your buying, selling or just looking to see what is out there and how your needs fit into today’s market.”
