Location! Location! Location! Cute bungalow style home on a quiet dead end street in the highly desirable North Deering area of Portland. Just minutes to numerous schools, retail/grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, and public transportation. Nice level lot with a storage shed and ample parking. My initial interest in real estate stems back to 2008, when I helplessly watched as family members and close friends faced foreclosure and bankruptcy due to predatory lending practices and a failing economy.  Over time, these families lost much more than their homes and good credit ratings; they also lost their dignity and sense of security in the world.  When hard times fell at my own back door putting myself, my newborn son, and my husband at financial risk, I knew that I could no longer stand at the sidelines and hope that things would turn around.

As a former teacher, I resorted to doing what I do best --- researching, finding answers, and exchanging ideas with others.  I began taking real estate investment and financial literacy courses as well as networking with highly trained individuals who were able to help me implement a strategy that put my family back on the road to success.  It was only fitting that I earned my real estate license so that I could share my knowledge and vast network of resources to help clients make the best decisions for themselves and for their loved ones.

If you're interested in buying or selling a home in Southern or Central Maine, I have the training, the resources, and the tenacity to ensure successful outcomes.  Give me a call.  I'd love to help you with your next move!
