Sunday River Resort Ski Season Update

Ski Season MaineSki enthusiasts are enjoying prime mid-winter snow conditions with soft snow across eight peaks thanks to mild temperatures. Warm temperatures are expected to continue overnight with periods of rain throughout the day tomorrow. Sunday could bring sunshine and a couple of fresh inches of snow. Snowmakers are planning to go back to work by the end of this weekend.

According to current snow stats, there is 2-3 inches of new snow, 16 inches in the past 5 days, an average depth of 36 inches, and 55 days of snowmaking. Access the lifts and trails report here.

January 12-14th
Foggy Google

Join the crew from the Mast Landing Brew Company at the Foggy Google this weekend. Mast Landing was the winner of the favorite Maine craft beer at the Maine Brew Fest last year. Entertainment includes Apres Party with Northside Ramblers (Friday 3:00-6:00 p.m.),  

Apres Party with Hello Newman (Saturday 3:00-6:00 p.m.), and football playoffs on seven big screen TVs (Sunday). For more information, click here.

This supervised evening event includes pizza and a movie for the kids. To make reservations, call 207-824-5959. Cost before 3:00 p.m. is $20 per child and walk-ins are $25.

Black Diamond Entertainment Presents Mentalist/Magician Kent Axell

River Nugget Jam

Who-Ville in South Ridge

This is a free clinic for children ages 12 and under, supervised by the Gould Academy freestyle coaches. The coaches will help kids improve their tricks and they will be giving away prizes throughout the day. For more details, click here.

January 22-26th

Maine Beer Company Peak Dinner
January 27th: 6:00 p.m.
Mid Mountain Peak Lodge (Mountain Room)
