As a former State Representative Lisa Villa served in the Maine House of Representatives from 2012 to 2014.
Villa was appointed to the Judiciary Committee and was an influential voice in shaping legislation on issues relating to family law reform.
Prior to being elected to the Legislature, Villa served two terms as a selectman in Harrison, two terms as Chairwoman of the Cumberland County Finance Committee, and Co-chaired the Cumberland County Charter Commission. She also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Greater Portland Council of Governments and many other regional and local committees.
Lisa has two adult children, is an active member of her community and serves as a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
