Wiscasset is a picturesque town in the Mid Coast region of Maine as well as the county seat for Lincoln County. With a population just under 4000, beautiful waterfront areas, and well preserved historic buildings, it is no wonder that the town motto is "Maine's Prettiest Village."
A New-Englander, originally from Connecticut, Julie has lived up and down the coast from South Florida to North Carolina, finally settling in Maine in 1991 where she met her Maine born and raised husband, Scott. Coastal Maine with its charming architecture, incredible scenic views and relaxing lifestyle is where the couple choose to live and raise their two children.
As former owner of Signature Notary Services, she provided real estate closing services to over 40 different title companies, lenders and signing services for five years prior to becoming a Maine real estate agent. She proclaims; “The biggest compliment I’ve ever received from a client is a referral – this level of satisfaction tells me I’ve done my job well.”
A self-described life-long learner, former member of the Board of Directors for the Informed Notaries of Maine and recipient of the Fred Robinson award (given in recognition of the notary public who has done the most to further the education of notaries public throughout the State of Maine), she has enjoyed years of teaching thru Maine’s Adult Education venue and providing one-on-one business consulting to new real estate signing agents.
Communication, dedication and a great attention to detail are a few of the qualities you’ll find when working with Julie. While she embraces technology to market her listings and better serve her clients, her success stems from a firm belief in good old-fashioned customer service.
