About Alyssa

Although new to real estate sales, Alyssa brings her previous experiences to the real estate profession.  She has business, technical and coaching experience that she uses to provide outstanding service to her clients. Alyssa's experience with coaching and market research, help her to identify the underlying needs that are driving the real estate transaction.   

Buyers - Once the needs are understood and agreed upon, she uses the latest technology to identify suitable properties. Once a target property is identified, she researches comparable properties that are currently listed, recently sold, or expired to establish the market value.  She will represent you during the negotiations so you come to the best possible agreement.  She then guides you through the process that leads you to closing the transaction.  Transactions can include purchases, leases and rentals. 

Sellers - Alyssa will uncover as much information as possible from the seller to understand the property and what is needed from the sale.  This includes creating market valuation range that is based on comparable listings, sales and expired transactions. Once the asking price is identified, she will market the property to gain optimal exposure. Some of the tools available include the multiple listing service, open houses, broker open houses, advertising, and brochures.  She will arrange showings and gather feedback. She will represent the seller during negotiations to arrive at the best possible agreement. 

Alyssa has personally relocated five times so she understands the stress related to picking up your life and beginning someplace new. Some of the moves were smooth and had minimal problems,  Others provided challenging situations that needed to be addressed, such as inspection problems, contract issues, and  challenging price negotiations. This has provided experience that she can draw upon to help your transaction move forward as smoothly as possible.
