Windham Summerfest is one of the region's most popular annual events, featuring a parade, a car show, live music, fireworks and more.

Smitty’s Cinemas is an excellent entertainment venue that hosts a variety of events throughout the year, in addition to movies.

Windham Marketplace, located in the northern section of the town, is a great place to shop and it also has several quality restaurants.

Food & Drink

Pat’s Pizza is a delicious, family restaurant with excellent pizza, as well as sandwiches, salads and dessert. With several TV’s for sporting events and a kids gaming area, this is a perfect place to bring the whole family.

Thai Place is the go-to spot for classic Thai-style food that you can sit-in or take-out. This is a great place to pick up food on the way to Sebago Lake for a picnic.

Recreation

With several beautiful lakes, waterfront activities like sailing, swimming and waterskiing/tubing are all very popular during the summer in Windham. During the winter, residents enjoy playing hockey, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling.

Schools & Community

The local school system, RSU 14, has a good reputation because of strong parent involvement. RSU 14 serves children living in both Windham and the neighboring town of Raymond.
